The property itself is gorgeous - huge territory, modern facilities, decent aquapark for kids, great choice of restaurants, excellent food variety and food quality, good a la carte restaurants, friendly staff and absolutely stunning main pool, probably the biggest I've ever seen. The room and the balcony are absolutely amazing. The Michael Jackson show was pretty cool too.

The facilities here are amazing, including the beach, the rooms, and the spa. However, I felt that the place lacked a certain warmth or soul. We chose this hotel because it was advertised as family-friendly, but the kids' club was empty every day and there were not many activities for children. Additionally, while we did encounter some wonderful and kind staff members, it seemed like some employees were not motivated to be there. Overall, the service and atmosphere could use improvement.

Hotel is big & beautiful, with a lot of restaurant options, bars & entertainment, great selection of food and multiple pools to choose from.

We had a lovely stay! The hotel was ery nice and what we appreciated most was the balance between fun and relaxation. When our children felt tired from the loud music around the main pool, they could unwind in our apartment or enjoy swimming and playing in the private pool that came with it. It gave us the chance to enjoy some peace and privacy without missing out on the fun of being in the water.
